HEDDY
HRID HEDDY is a comprehensive software designed for eddy current testing workflows. It supports all phases of the inspection process, from data acquisition and analysis to system control and inspection management.
The software package includes:
- Acquisition Module – Real-time eddy current data acquisition
- Analysis Module – Provides powerful tools for evaluating and interpreting inspection results
- HEDDY DBMS – A database and management system used for planning, tracking, and processing inspection data throughout the inspection process
- HEDDY Manipulator Control – Enables full control of HRID SGIS manipulators for ECT and ET testing
- Includes a 2D control interface for primary manipulator functions
- Features a 3D visual interface (Manipulator View 3D) that displays the virtual manipulator model with HSP and bobbin probes in real-time
HDView
HRID HDView is a flexible video management and measurement application that supports both live and recorded media sources. It is ideal for inspection, monitoring, and visual documentation tasks.

- Live video display from cameras and network streams
- Snapshot capture and video recording
- Playback of video files and viewing of stored images
- On-screen measurement of objects in both images and video frames
- Support for up to four simultaneous display devices within a single application instance
FIONA Pro
HRID FIONA Pro is an advanced software solution for the remote control of HRID manipulators used in visual and ultrasonic inspection of nuclear reactor vessels. Designed with safety and precision in mind, it allows full operation from a safe location, minimizing exposure in high-radiation environments.
Core features include:
- Client-server TCP/IP architecture for secure, remote operation over a network
- Intuitive GUI with three synchronized views:
- Main 3D view with full scene interaction (pan, rotate, zoom)
- Side and top views for precise positioning and navigation
- Dual-mode interface:
- Simulation Mode – Allows users to test and optimize scan paths using virtual models of robots and reactor vessels
- Online Mode – Enables direct control of live inspection manipulators in real time
