Automated bolts scanner (ABS) is developed for ultrasonic and eddy current inspection of bolts in range of M36 to M170 mm thread.

• Adjustable stand which supports inspection of bolts ranging from M36 to M170 mm in diameter (can be adapted for others as well).
• Features a modular design with easily removable and replaceable components for flexible configuration.
• Allows variable-speed inspections, supports multiple probes simultaneously, and accommodates adjustable stroke lengths.
• Equipped with an integrated camera for real-time inspection monitoring.
• Constructed with anodized aluminium-alloy surfaces to resist pitting in harsh environments.
• All mechanical and electronic components are selected for durability and performance in demanding conditions.
• Radiation-shielded electronics ensure safe and stable operation in typical inspection areas.
• Provides independent control over three motion axes: bolt rotation, axial carriage movement, and radial UT probe movement.
